DBC Vacuum Conveyor

Our heavy duty vacuum bases incorporate unique vacuum system to insure proper transfer of products for drying, labeling, inkjet and other applications. Units can be configured to run inline with your feeders, mailbases, folders, stitchers or as a stand-alone system. Robust design includes heavy duty shaft and bearing components, reinforced frame, mobile base with casters. Belts are adjustable from side to side and vacuum can be controlled thru our proprietary vacuum management system. Units are available in 5ft, 10ft and custom lengths and widths of 20” and 30”. Options include interlocks for dryers and other equipment, mounts for printers, dryers and labelers, plow folds and divert gate assemblies.
