Our high-speed transports can be configured for basic card on carrier formats or more complex multi card packs requiring accurate placement, intricate database management, and folding with hot and secure cold glue.

Overall control of the line is configured through our CPDT controller. This system allows for complete integration and control of line components thru a single interface screen.

The CPDT system controller offers your operators easy quick interface for all their machine setup and data collection needs. Devices can be viewed and adjusted on the fly thru the controller. Data collection and verification is intuitive and can generate a variety of reports for your verification requirements. High resolution cameras are at the core of data collection and verification. Cameras are integrated into the RLDT control and make it easy to setup reading of barcodes, pictures and a variety of fonts.

The ETS batching device and our CPPT packaging controller complete the line and allow you to produce complete sets wrapped, labeled and ready to be shipped.
