Processing of all your card packages can be achieved with the REDline with a variety of configurations available to meet all your production needs. You no longer need to process your cards across multiple machines and locations requiring extra labor in your shop. Encoding, one and two-sided printing, labeling, affixing, and folding with hot and secure cold glue can all be done inline at speed. Whether you are processing M6 style products, need to affix cards to a hang tag, or produce highly secure folded packages the REDLine is your machine. Image quality and speed are excellent with our LED UV imaging and curing modules. Labeling of cards is done with our high-speed accurate labeling system and bulk loading is an option for larger rolls if required.

Our RLDT system controller offers your operators easy quick interface for all their machine setup and data collection needs. Devices can be viewed and adjusted on the fly thru the controller. Data collection and verification is intuitive and can generate a variety of reports for your verification requirements. High resolution cameras are at the core of data collection and verification. Cameras are integrated into the RLDT control and make it easy to setup reading of barcodes, pictures and a variety of fonts. The ETS batching device and our RLPT packaging controller complete the line and allow you to produce complete sets wrapped, labeled and ready to be shipped.
