The 10X industrial grade vacuum transport is designed for accurate high speed transport of a variety of paper products for all your finishing applications. Systems can be configured for tipping and affixing applications for cards, sample packs, keys, and other products. Easily configured with plow folding, gluing, labeling, and other applications. Our unique inkjet mounting system allows use from the top, bottom, or both. The mounts offer duplex or simplex printing most brands of inkjet equipment. If lengths longer than 10 feet are needed, units can be locked together seamlessly. Inline use folding equipment, mail bases, stitchers, and other equipment are common applications and can be setup easily. Choose from full width or ribbon belts.

10X FWT Full Width Belt Transports are available in 6 ft and 12 ft standard lengths at 20 and 30” width. Custom sizes are available on request. The FWT provides a superior base for applications such as labeling, tape application, close-tolerance card affixing, and UV printing with a tight throw distance. Our unique vacuum system offers superior sheet control over the entire width and length of the sheet.

There are many options available to complete your systems. From plow folds to divert gates and everything in between, our options will finish the most difficult operations. Most options are available for quick and easy upgrade in the field.
10X BT800 Bumpturn
Bump turning for cards and carriers can be done inline prior to carrier affixing using our Inline Bump Turn Unit. Installed on any REDline RB-style transport section, it accurately and consistently turns products 90 degrees, allowing long-to-short or short-to-long orientation anywhere along the line.
ED700 Down Divert
ED700 Divert is designed to divert products down and out of the production line. This is an excellent option for paper and folded products. More ridged products will work better in our UP480.
10X OS 605 Vacuum Page Opener
The 10X VACUUM OPENING STATION can be setup on your 10X Vacuum Conveyor or other equipment for opening of front or back covers of folded or stitched products. Consistent high speed opening allows you to affix cards, sample packs, or other products inside. It also allows for applications of folded and glued flaps on some mail formats or inside ink jeting.
10X Plow Fold Device
Our 10X Plow Fold devices are built to perform. Our heavy-duty design allows you to produce a variety of fold – half folds, c folds, Z folds and with the addition our BT 800 bump turn device you can produce iron cross folds. Robust mounting system, sturdy blade.
10X MW900 Turn Over Unit
Turn over full press sheets in line and at speed with our MW Turn Over Unit. Single and full sheets up to 26” wide can be turned for processing non both sides of a sheet for printing, affixing folding and gluing.
10X Tank Trax
The 10X Tank Trax will add additional stability and control for all your applications and processes. Heavy-duty, spring-loaded belts help to drive your product through transitions or provide additional pressure for folding or gluing applications.
10X TP500
The 10X TP500 INLINE FOLD PLATE is designed for inline folding
of scored products. The TP500 can be setup anywhere on your
10X Vacuum Conveyor to allow for inline folding of your products.
Use the TP500 in combination with 10X plow folds to achieve folded pockets, envelopes or make an Iron Cross style fold.
10X MH750 Magnetic Strip Reader
Fast effective reading of magnetic striped cards can be done in our affixing feeders. Our propriety design allows for easy setup in your feeder for left or right reading from the bottom. Our design will provide a smooth scratch free process for reading and affixing all you magnetic striped cards.
10X In-line Dropper
The PFS 10X Cardline Series Batch Dropper is designed for high speed batch counting and dropping of batched sets. Systems can be configured for use on the back of most PFS transports or can be modified to fit many other transport styles. Widths for 20” and 30” machines available.Batches are counted and dropped at high speed thru our unique dual dropper mechanism allowing for sets to be dropped onto shingle conveyors or right in line with your shrink-wrapping system. Control batch size and counts thru our unique PFS Datatrac controller or a separate control device. System can provide fixed batches or unique variable batch sizes depending on choice of control system. Simple setup, high speeds, and accuracy are what you get with every 10X product.
UP480 Divert Device
UP 480 will divert product up at operator level, so easy viewing and access of diverted products is possible for operators.UP480 does not require sharp down turn so most products can still be used after divert process. This is especially helpful on gift card and other thicker packages. Unit can be adjusted to move up and down the Ribbon style conveyors with ease. Unit can be added to your Ribbon style machines.
Cold Glue Compression
Secure sealing of your cold glue packages is a must to achieve the true seal and fiber tear required for secure folded packages. Our compression sections help the glue have time to seep into paper fiber and cure for a tight bond that will allow for excellent fiber tear and destruction when required. Easily integrated into most lines. Rollers are easy to remove for cleaning and if needed replacing.
Magnetic Encoding
Fast accurate magnetic encoding of cards and carrier packages can be done in most REDline transport sections. Combining our ultra stable transport base and heavy-duty secure mounting system allows for accurate high-speed encoding of cards, M6 and other products. Systems are designed and built to adhere to the latest ISO spec requirements for magnetic encoding.
New Bump Style Turn
Bump turning for cards and carriers can be done inline and prior to carrier affixing with our inline bump turn device. Easily turn card long to short or short to long accurately and consistently on any REDline transport section.
